The goal of Leap is to help any person experiencing barriers to employment to secure a job. Unlike other CLH programs, Leap Employment doesn’t only help people with developmental disabilities, we work with anyone facing employment barriers. Services provided to jobseekers include: job readiness; help in securing and maintaining a job; and help in arranging transportation and/or acquiring tools or equipment. For employers, Leap provides a ready and willing labour pool, access to employer subsidies, and assistance with on-boarding employees hired through Leap.
