Applications for the 2026 Holly's Heart Award are open!

Holly Johnson was a vibrant woman who received support from Community Living Haldimand (CLH). Holly’s enthusiasm, sense of humour and lively spirit affected all who knew her. To honour Holly and remember her zest for living, her family has generously created the Holly Johnson Memorial Fund in her memory.
The Award is presented annually to individuals who make a positive contribution to the lives of others or the community. Up to two (2) Holly Johnson Memorial Awards of $500 each will be given out annually.
Applications must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. Wednesday November 4th, 2026.
